Is it possible if I can ready an action to attack an enemy that approaches me even if I used an opportunity attack via Polearm master and the target coming within my range? I wanted to try out glaives next session so I wanted to know before I screw up.

Ready uses your reaction to initiate the readied action.
PM uses your reaction for the OA.
You have to choose which one happens.

Basically, once you have PM, using your action to ready in the event that an enemy enters you reach becomes redundant, and you should use your action on something else. If you use the Readied action, you'll do slightly more damage, but there are better things you could use your action on.

the answer is no.

Using a readied action uses a reaction
Using a AoO uses a reaction

So, it one of the other but not both in a single turn.

Ah, ok. Thanks for clarifying!
