Master List of LA0 templates and their stats?

Greetings, all!

I've briefly checked online - including the EVD (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=11953.0) - and found no master list of LA0 templates and their stats. I have the Spark/Magic-Blooded template from "Dragon" but wanted more LA0 templates that boosted mental stats.

I don't know of any lists but unseelie fey (Dragon 307) is arguably LA 0 (some say otherwise but by RAW it has no LA)
A commoner can take the weresheep flaw (yes, it's a flaw) from Dragon 330 and gain the lycanthrope template for free, plus they get a feat out of it since it's a flaw. While your hybrid and animal forms are affected by the delicious flaw, you get all the benefits of lycanthropy. Keep in mind harmless doesn't mean you can't attack, it just means all your attacks in sheep / hybrid form are treated as secondary/offhand attacks.

I was looking for that list but couldn't find it. It was, after reading, about what I expected. (That is, there are no official extra LA0 templates that had what I wanted.)
