Greetings, all!

Fot the feat Alternative Source Spell ("Dragon" 325) that requires the ability to cast arcane and divine spells, do racial spell-like abilities (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm) (SLAs) qualify? SLAs count as spells for most purposes, and, by default, if a SLA is on the Wizard list, it's assumed arcane.

For example, does a Silverbrow Human Cleric1 qualify for this feat since Silverbrow Humans get feather fall as a racial SLA 1/day?

I would think not as the feat specifies you have to prepare the spell in question.
"You can choose to prepare any of your divine spells as arcane spells or any of your arcane spells as divine spells."

RAI: You might be able to argue your case to your DM.
RAW: I would say not.
