[Freeport: City of Adventure] Opinions on the classes, spells and feats?

Freeport: City of Adventure contains three new classes, the Freebooter, Monster Slayer and Noble. The book also contains a good number of new spells and feats, as well as traits.

What are peoples opinions on these mechanical elements? Are they generally considered balanced among Freeport-fans? Any obvious problems?
