So is there a way to cast a spell through to someone else even if they are out of range and possibly on a different plane? Assume the resources of a Wizard 20/Cleric 20, GP costs should be no problem but preferably stray away from those. Assume the target you want to cast on is willingly accepting this and cooperative. Also I need to be able to cast spells every couple of rounds on the target. Is there a way to do this?

Edit: Forgot to mention, cheese of any kind is allowed.

The transdimensional metamagic feat from Unapproachable East allows you to hit creatures on coexistent planes in range of your spell, such as the shadow plane and the ethereal plane if you're on the material.

Greater Status (Cleric 4) allows L2- harmless touch spells at any range on the same plane.

Eye of power (S/W 9) allows L3- nonpersonal spells on the same plane.

Astral Projection (everything 9) is a classic spell of this flavor that allows crossing planar boundaries.
