Creating Magic Items - Other bonus types

The table for magic item costs only lists enhancement bonuses for Ability scores, and competence bonuses for Skill checks. Are there no examples of items offering sacred bonuses or the like, and how is their price determined?

I have also searched for this for a while and found nothing but what I did find was that there is an artificer infusion that can temporarily change the bonus of an item to another type of bonus for 10min/CL. It's callled Item Alteration
