Template conversion?

I'm lookin to convert a template from 3.5 to pathfinder. Is there like a general rule set for converting them or is it dependant on the template itself?

Mechanically, 3.5 and PF are usually close enough that you can use as-is without significant changes. What template are you trying to convert?

The one from Fang and Fury, right? Mechanically, it doesn't seem like it needs major changes. Since undead work differently a little, it should be d8 HD, instead of d12. It's CR should be +2 to make it the same ECL (since PF lacks LA, and to put it on level with similar undead templates). Other than that, seems like it works as-is.
