Custom weapons?

Been looking over weapons and the extra features you can toss onto them and I found them lacking to a point.
Is there any Srp or base book infor regarding making your own weapons? besides enchanting/magic them with effects?

What Im looking for is making a new weapon or a hybrid or sorts. My PC follows the god of Smithing. Gond (http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Gond) Lord of All Smiths. One who loves it when people find new ways to make things or makes new things to better suit there needs.

Im wanting a weapon that does do multi damage. P/S/B. and i was looking for a poleaxe (http://kultofathena.com/images/AA010_4_l.jpg) . Which appearently doesnt exsit in the game. In SRP. As one can see. it has a Point ( piercing) a blade (slashing) and a flat wedge hammer ( bludgeoning) Which of course I would have to say Im using X part to attack. Which I can understand.

is there anything in SRP that would allow me to do this?

If there isnt and I did get my DM to Okay said "special made" weapon what would the damage be for a 2 hander that could do all base damage types?

There are stats for a (Heavy) Poleaxe in Dragon Magazine Compendium (pages 111 & 115) if you want something official. It's an exotic weapon, which is a downside.
