Can I obtain alternate racial traits with the Adopted trait?

No. The Adopted trait essentially gives you a third trait, that being a race trait of your adopted race.

No. Race Traits (traits that require you to be a member of a certain race), and Racial Traits (benefits of being a race) are not the same thing. Adopted only does helps you out with getting the former of other races, doesn't do anything about the latter
