So, in 3.5, is there a way for your own attack (against an enemy) to kill yourself in exchange for more (damage/negative effects/etc) to your enemy?

For the purpose of this question, let's ignore AoE and Contingency. I know there's a weapon enchantment to do something similar. Is that it? Wait, no...What's it called? Blades of Blood? Not sure.

either dead curse or dead thrones but probably the curse cast it and you are done along with enemy

The vicious (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm#vicious) weapon enchantment deals damage to the wielder in exchange for more damage to the enemy, but it mought not be exactly what you are looking for.

Psionics has Overchannel (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#overchannel) and Body Fuel (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#bodyFuel), and Psions (who don't use Vigor) can be pretty squishy to begin with due to that d4, so I'd probably go with that for this concept. You can definitely be a "cannon."

Also the wilder has some serious detriment. It won't kill itself, but a wilder can come pretty close.

There is also the Hellfire Warlock, who takes constitution damage to use his class ability.

Away from my books at the moment, but I believe there's a Sanctified spell in Book of Exalted Deeds (Phoenix Fire, or something similar) that kills you but deals a large amount of damage in a blast.

I just search the forum for "glassiest"

There is a Barabarian ACf that has you enter rage when your HP drops below 3 times your level or something. People dump their Con for it so they can ALWAYS be raging.

I made an Iaijutsu Master who died on his first outing. He went in, Iaied some poor creature, activated Karmic Strike... and promptly go torn to bits by an AoO and a Full Attack from the monster. I guess I should have spend more levels on some defense.

Something like this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?473814-Ways-to-lower-AC-for-fun-and-profit)?

"The crazy cat lady"
Druid 1/ sorc 1/ wiz 1/ totemist 2/ beastmaster 10

Pertinent feats: Wild Cohort, Share Soulmeld. Expanded soulmeld capacity helps too.

The Sorc and Wiz will both take the animal companion alternate class feature instead of familiars. All said she will have 8 cats. She will then bind manticore belt to her totem chakra. At max that will be 7 essentia. You can sling a spike that deals 1d6 damage for each essentia invested. With her and each cat sharing her soulmeld that's 63 spines each dealing a d6.

You did ask for silly right?

Make a Half-Minotaur Half-Ogre Goliath Barbarian/Frenzied Berserker/Shiba Protector; pump all points and increases into Str and Wis, while dumping Dex/Con. Use the Goliath Barbarian Racial ACF "Mountain Rage" and take the Reckless Rage feat. Build the rest of your build around standard ubercharger stuff, particularly Shock Trooper. If you optimize everything properly, you'll have an ubercharger who flies a couple hundred feet and full attacks somebody for 5 digits of DPR, but who has an AC of like -20 or something, and has 20 HP.

ehem, nobody mentions Frenzied Berserker??
Frenzy ability (rage like + extra attack on full attack) causes every round it lasts 2 nonlethal dmg. Imho it's the most iconic (melee) glass cannon prc.

Blood Magus can sacrifice 1hp to empower his caster lvl for a spell being cast.

Divine Sacrifice: 1st lvl Pala spell. spend HP for extra dmg

just what did come immediately into my mind. imho there is still more to mention

Hah, weird coincidence. Was just going to mention a Lifedrinker weapon, but noticed that it might actually work fine on a Frenzied Beserker, who´s simply going to level out of the PrC due to level drain.

It's not a weapon enhancement, its a spell. Blade of Blood, IIRC from SpC

The Warforged feat Shocking Fist from PGtE let's you sacrifice HP in exchange for added d4s of damage to your slam attack.

Away from my books at the moment, but I believe there's a Sanctified spell in Book of Exalted Deeds (Phoenix Fire, or something similar) that kills you but deals a large amount of damage in a blast.

Its Exalted Fury. 9th level sanctified spell that deals damage equal to your current hp+50 to evil creatures within a 40ft radius burst centered on you. The sacrifice for the spell is killing you, though you can be raised or resurrected normally. High level, but fits what you want, unless it falls under Aoe.

Edit: Phoenix fire is simliar, level 7 spell, kills you but brings you back to life 10 mins later, as resurrection. Also in the Book of Exalted Deeds.

Psion with the Frail Flaw, Overchannel and 6 base Con. Take that one flaw for -2 Con if your not allowed/cannot dump Con below 8. You have 1 HP per level and Overchannel costs 1d8 HP. By level 8 while you have 8 HP enough to not get generally KO'd by it you can burn 3d8 HP for more power (Average 12). By level 15 it is a max of 5d8 (Average 20). So no matter what level Psion you are overchannel has a decent chance of KOing you after one power.

This is what I was going to suggest. Throw in the Reckless Offense feat for good measure.

Or...

Be an Elf Warlock/Hellfire Warlock, with a starting con of 1 (after racial mods), and first time you use your Hellfire Blast...you keel over dead. Any race with a Con penalty will do. AFAIK, the only ability score with a starting minimum of 3 is Int.

Or, same deal - Elf spellcaster, cast a Vile or Sanctified spell with a Con cost (Dragon Cloud, Evil Weather etc.).
