Since a character of mine in an upcoming game is (hopefully) going to be a cook (among other things), I was quite intrigued by the Skin Tag (http://archivesofnethys.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Skin%20Tag) spell. I plan to combine it with Hypnotism to remotely influence important nobles and such that I cook for- the only problem (apart from the days/level duration of Skin Tag, which will resolve itself as I level) is, Hypnotism requires your target to understand your request. Is there an easy way to establish a telepathic connection with someone remotely (as a 1st level Witch)? I mean, worst-case scenario, I'll just wait until I can get the Unnatural Lust spell at 3rd level and cause some scandals (for a fee, of course), but I'd like to influence my targets in a more versatile way.

Side question: Can I place multiple Skin Tags on a single victim? Can I cast 1 spell/Hex for each of them?

If you use the scar (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/witch/hexes-3rd-party-publishers/hexes/common-hexes/hex-scar-su/) hex you can use your hexes on anyone within one mile of you, and are considered to have a body part for scrying.

If you want a permanent telepathic bond(over any distance) you can always have telepathic bond made permanant, although that is a nice 12,500gp and you need to be witch level 5. If you go into the spherewalker (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/s-z/spherewalker/) prestige class, you can form a telepathic bond with one person that is permanent by sleeping at least 4 hours within 10 ft of them.
