[3.5] Free limited wishes! But what for?

Hello, fellow playgrounders!
Long story short, from Dragon 352, a certain monster called Weaver can cast limited wishes at will as supernatural ability. The only thing that stop limited-wish-mad-spamming is it takes 2d4 hours to cast.
Now, we all know Su ignore xp/material costs and so on, what greatness can we achieve through this? Thoughts?

Build a kingdom from the ground up. Wall of stone, wish for "slaves" to populate it ("loyal subjects", but slaves have a gp cost, to balance against the value of a Limited Wish), food, tools, etc. Snazzy banners a must.
