The Green Goblin (New Artificer)

There is no way I am the first to think of this. In fact I am sure WotC designed the new Artificer to become the Spiderman Villain. For those who haven't read it yet, they released the new Artificer (and Mystic) yesterday.

One subclass is the Alchemist. It gets to make a broom of flying (fluff it to look like the flying jet). It also gets unlimited alchemist fires it can throw out of its bag! Chose the goblin race from Volo's and start cackling at the table.

As an aside nitpick, the class comes with shield, but the gunsmith subclass uses a two-handed gun (no option for pistol or hand crossbow). :P

They just put classes from UA on DMsG. It's still just a playtest, and it isn't exactly new.

Yes, is a nice funny concept that could be used by many (have in mind that the Artificer class was not actually shown for the first time yesterday, it have been out for a while as a UA, they just reposted it in DMsGuid -most likely to get more feedback to, maybe, put it as a oficial content)

Your construct companion can be a giant eagle, right? Can you... mount... the gun to it? Can you basically do fly-by shootings? Swoop down, unleash a cone of damage, and fly back up?

Yes, or a Giant Volture. (sadly they don't have Fly-by but not like you have to get at 5 feet of them -The Giant Owl does have Fly by)

Note: There are some construct that could use your enchanted items (but only some of them, the Giant Volture can cast them -6 INT, Giant Owl -8 int and Giant Eagle -8 Int)
