Suppressing the effects of your own spells (3.5)

So I am currently looking for a way to suppress the effect of my own buffs without dispelling them. Preferably they should be resumable as a free, standard of full round action and no more than that. Is there a way?

Edit: Forgot to specify, what makes it harder is that I need to suppress only a couple at a time but not all of them.

Get a familiar, and only cast AMF on you or the familiar? That's all up can think of offhand.
