The feat states that it increases your level for the purposes of your Devastating Touch and Terror class features. Later it says that it increases your save DCs and augmentation, but does not affect Terrors known.
My question is, does it affect your level for the purposes of selecting new Terrors? If I have 4 Dread levels and 4 levels in another class when I select Disciple of Terror, can I then choose a Terror which requires you to be lvl 8, like Nightmare Form?
