It's for the same reason. That information isn't OGL and shouldn't be reproduced or linked to. We can tell you what book it's in, it's up to you to have access to the information.

In case it matters, Spell Compendium is organized by primary spell, with all modified versions being found in roughly the same spot. Mass Lesser Vigor would be under V, for Vendetta Vigor.
