Well, my question is out of simplicity, and to make the final sure that I understand what I'm reading.
In the WoW RPG core rulebook, 2nd version.
An arcanist, (Mage/Warlock/Necromancer) would start with all level 0 spells? Or there is a special set? Or he starts with no spells at all?
