Augment Summoning isn't a metamagic feat, but it's definitely a feat that augments or enhances the magical effect of a certain kind of spell so it's definitely metamagic-ish. Has it ever been turned into a Rod like a metamagic rod? And if not... how would you price it?

On the one hand, a passive bonus that doesn't alter spell level feels like it shouldn't cost a lot alongside metamagic effects. On the other hand, it's a passive bonus that takes two feat slots to get to instead of one. Compare to Extend which doesn't have a tangible effect on the here and now for most summoning spells (though it *might* allow it to last for more than one combat if fights happen right next to each other.)

Bear's Endurance + Bull's Strength. How many charges per day + duration and should give you a nice estimate.
