My Archer (who's build is not for ranged combat) has recently been given both the ability to craft special arrows and an endless supply of a near perfect magical adhesive. I want to go full Hawkeye and build utility arrows that can be launched for special effect. So I was wondering if anybody had some good ideas of cheap items I can use for flavorful projectiles.

At the point of the campaign we are in (lvl 18) we really have stopped caring about crunch, as we can all end the world in an instant, so this is more about utility, creativity and rule of cool.

Some examples include: fire seeds (druid spell) stuck to blank arrow shafts to deal 20d6 fire damage per iterative attack, dust of dryness water pellets stuck to shafts to make a ranged tsunami, alchemists Sparks to electricute that water, etc.
