So, if a Yuan-Ti Abomination Vampire is pinning someone, do they get Produce Acid damage, Constrict damage, and Blood Drain damage?

Also if a character dies due to Constitution loss taking too many hit points away, does it RAW count as the Blood Drain killing them, allowing Create Spawn to work?

In regards to your second question: RAW, if you die because the Con damage reduced your hp enough that the damage you've taken is enough to kill you, then you die from hp damage and do not become a spawn. The only time you'd rise as a spawn is if you die from your Con dropping to 0. That's one of the reasons why vampires who are trying to create spawn won't do any hp damage, if possible.

Well nonlethal would certainly knock people out for it, so 2nd question is answered, anyone with any ideas for the first?

Let's cross-reference the three abilities

Blood Drain (Ex): A vampire can suck blood from a living victim with its fangs by making a successful grapple check. If it pins the foe, it drains blood, dealing 1d4 points of Constitution drain each round the pin is maintained. On each such successful attack, the vampire gains 5 temporary hit points

Constrict (Ex): An abomination deals 1d6+6 points of damage with a successful grapple check.

Produce Acid (Sp): An abomination has the psionic ability to exude acid from its body, dealing 3d6 points of acid damage to the next creature it touches, including a creature hit by its bite attack. If the yuan-ti is grappling, constricting, or pinning a foe when it uses this power, its grasp deals 5d6 points of acid damage. The acid becomes inert when it leaves the yuan-ti’s body, and the yuan-ti is immune to its effects.

The first two uses are both grapple checks. As they are just alternate uses for grapple, I'd say they don't stack. You'd have to pick one or another with each grapple check. As to Produce Acid, as Blood Drain is a pinning attack, it would deal the damage.
