What would you put on a homebrew DM screen?

Conditions everything about them. I can never remember what each does.

Then I would put down the name of each major and minor character from my campaign so I don't have to flip through pages to remember who that ranger lady was.

I use a DM screen that's kind of built like a binder cover, with six panels that have a clear pocket on each side. I found some inserts for it on this website (http://dmdavid.com/tag/photo-guide-to-dungeon-masters-tools-2/)(direct PDF link (http://dmdavid.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/mini_screen_5E_v2.pdf)). Since that PDF is 8 pages and my screen has 6 panels, I skip the one with encounter XP thresholds and the one with XP to level up (since my group uses milestone level-ups anyways). The panels I do use include condition descriptions, movement modes (jumping distances, etc.), death save rules, DCs for tracking, travel paces and a few other useful things.
