Lizardfolk Paragon

I just started a new game with friends. One of my friends is playing a lizard type race. (It's from a 3rd party book that I own, so he isn't trying to pull anything over on me.) The day after game, he contacted me and asked if he could play a Lizardfolk Paragon. I told him I'd have to look it up and asked what book it's in. "The book with the other Paragons," is what he told me. So I pulled out my Unearthed Arcana - and realized there isn't a lizardfolk paragon in the book. (There is a Half-Dragon Paragon, but that doesn't fit his race.) I did find a Lizardfolk Paragon, but it is homebrew, which I have specifically banned.

Am I missing something? Is there an official Lizardfolk Paragon that I am just not finding?

There is a Kobold Paragon in one of the Web Enhancements hanging off Races of the Dragon.

I do not know of any Lizardfolk Paragon.

There may be a Savage Progression (from Savage Species), but that's not at all a paragon class.
