Regional Fluff Question

I have read some of the books and finding one of the regional peoples would be useful for something I am making (A sort of fortress/keep). There was one that part of the fluff said the people were extraordinary cooks, so good that if they went to another region they'd be very rich cooks. And I can't remember the name of it. Does anyone here know what Region it is?

I think it was Forgotten Realms but I can't be sure.
