Help a 11th lvl Rogue/Avenger spend some money

I'm starting a Avenger char in a dnd campaign and have to admit my 3.5 knowlege is getting a bit rusty so here I am with 88k to spend and no clue as to where to begin.

dm is a bit nit picky about items so as a standard rule the dmg is a freeforall the rest are ask the dm first any sugestions would be appriciated

so far stuff like a Transposer cloak, Thrid eye Clarity, and Chronocharm Horizonwalker have been no go

Saves, storage, and weapons are always good investments. So are immunities and stat boosts.

There's an assassination weapon somewhere (wizards website), that increases SA damage and the DC for death attack and poison.
