Any advice on building a celestial warlock blaster build?

Take eldritch blast, hex at level 1, agonising blast and repelling blast at level 2. Max charisma. Pretty much done.

Don't forget to grab frost lance at 5th for maximum battlefield control. You can pretty much kite anything.
