Because Someone (Me) was an idiot.
These two classes are meant for two things:
-1 Be a usable 'Loxo' race for the field of blood house rules being used (75% of all units have to be under 3HD).
-2 Be on Par with other Osclemo Monster Classes.

Feel free to P.E.A.C.H.

Adolescent Loxo Body
And Adolescent Loxo is rarely allowed to leave it's families sight, but in times of desperate need, or in the aftermath of tragedies, one can be found.

The Loxo loses all other racial bonuses and gains monstrous humanoid traits. It is a medium sized monstrous humanoid with base speed 30 feet.
A Loxo gains Powerful Build, and +2 Strength, +2 Dexterity, -2 Charisma as racial bonuses.

Loxo Rage
Loxo are known for their violent rages.
Loxo have the Rage Class Feature, as per Barbarian, and can use it Once per Day.

Adult Loxo Body
An Adult Loxo can be seen anywhere Loxo may be found.
The Loxo looses Powerful Build, increasing in Size to Large. Instead of the normal stat changes, a Loxo merely gains +2 Constitution and Strength as stacking racial bonuses (+4 Str, +2 Dex, +2 Con, -2 Cha).
Additionally, a Loxo can use it's tusks and trunks in combat, allowing them to make a single natural attack that deals 1d6 piercing or bludgeoning damage.

Note: The above class is intentionally 'weak'. It's meant to be near-par with NPC Warriors due to who's going to be using it. It's clearly not, but it's only a little better, and in FOB the only thing it really has over other races is Large Size and Rage.

A Real Loxo
When you walk into the room, Other Loxo stop and stare at such a prime specimine.
You gain 4+Str Bonus Natural Armor, a stacking +4 racial Strength bonus (+8 total), and an extra attack with you Adult Loxo natural Attack.

Body of a Beast
Loxo society is one of honor and peace, because if it wasn't, their bodies and rages would force them to tear each other apart.
Loxo gains the Trample special attack as listed in the spoiler below, as well as two other special attacks, also listed in their own spoiler.

As a standard action, a loxo can trample creatures at least one size category smaller than it. The loxo merely has to move over the opponents. The trample deals 1d8 (plus 1-1/2 times the loxo’s Strength bonus) points of bludgeoning damage. A trampled opponent can make an attack of opportunity with a –4 penalty against the trampling loxo or attempt a Reflex save for half damage. The DC for the Reflex save is 10 + 2 (1/2 of the loxo’s racial HD) + the loxo’s Str modifier.

As a full round action, a loxo can trample over creatures at least one size category smaller than it on it's way to another.
The Loxo makes a a Charge or Bull Rush attack, trampling foes it passes over on the way to the target, and any it passes over while pushing it's target. Trampled targets get an attack of opportunity and take damage as per a normal trample.

This ability replaces Charge.
When Charging, a Loxo can make an additional attack with it's natural weapons, however it must deal piercing damage with it's extra attack. At level 7, it can make two additional attacks, with the same restrictions.

Overun
Loxo are too large to ride for most animals, and so must learn to hustle on their on, and bear their own burdens.
A Loxo increases it's base land speed by 10ft, and gains Endurance as a Bonus Feat.

A Warrior's Art
A Loxo has long since learned to master it's rages.
A Loxo may trade it's Rage class feature as if it was a barbarian, allowing it to gain access to any other type of rage, or gain access to Favoured Enemies/Fighting styles as a Ranger [As per D20SRD Other Class Variants (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#barbarian)]. Additionally, it's class levels as Loxo stack with barbarian (If keeping Rage) or Ranger (If traded for Favored Enemy/Fighting Styles) for determining the effects of class features.

Tranquil Fury/Master Warrior
The Pinacle of Loxo fighters, the Loxo has learned to truly harnessed it's rage, or sublimated it fully into fighting prowess.
A Loxo may choose to change it's Strength Bonus from Raging into a Dexterity Bonus, as well as gaining the ability to use Wis/Dex/Int based skills, his violent wrath turned into icy focus.
Should a Loxo have traded his ability to rage for fighting skill (Favored Enemy/Fighting Styles), the Loxo gains a bonus feat, which must be one from his chosen fighting style.

Double use of "overrun" - fix that, and I have no complaints.
