Adding intelligence mod to ranged attacks

Anyone know of any feats or low cost items that allow you o use your intelligence mod for ranged attacks? Working on a wizard with really crummy dex who likes to use ranged touch attacks....

2) For something vaguely along those lines, Knowledge Devotion lets you make a Knowledge check to have an attack/damage bonus against creatures you have the skills necessary to identify; the higher your KD check, the higher bonus you get. Not really Int to attack, but doing something similar.
