This is a Pathfinder site. What is described here has nothing to do with 5e.

Remember, in 5e, an humanoid with 18 in a stat is already near the peak, the maximum they can reach. In PF, it's "kinda good".

Yeah, this scale is not the same as 5e's. It lists a pixie as Str 6, but they are Str 2 in the Monster Manual. An ape is listed at 20; it's 16 in the 5e MM. Loading also seems to scale differently; it's linear in 5e (before you account for size category).

It describes Int 20 as "probably the smartest person many people know" - I'd argue that mark is more like 14 or 15 on 5e's scale.
