Lore mastery mage to buff ?

1. Change a spell damage to any element
2. Switch out a memorized spell from any in spell book
3. Grab any spell from any class of same level. Isn't that like casting wish spell but now a class ability
Main question is first one.
2 lvl tempest cleric divine channel max damage with lightning or thunder damage
Artificer lvl 17-18 then meteor swarm fire portion into lightning or thunder that's 20d6 max damage 120 the. Roll 20d6 bludgeon damage + 60< more damage. Am I right

Agreed even though u can max that 1 damage once it's ridiculous
And use any spell from any class is a wish spell on top of a wish spell. Wtf. Who would want any other school. Wish 9th lvl spell can wish to use any class spell of level 8 or lower.

Lvl 14 class ability exchange any level spell to cast duplicate level spell from any class. So you can start 3 levels early consider it a minor wish since it will only be up to level 7 spells.
Then at 15th level you can exchange an 8th for an 8th or lower
Better than a wish spell
