Adapting the PF Witch to 3.5

I have a few question about the witch from Pathfinder.

From what I can tell Hex's are just like Invocations, spell like abilities that can be used at will.

I looked at their spell list and see a number of spells from both wizard, cleric, and druid lists. Instead of trying to create a list of every spell a witch would have in 3.5 is there a theme to the spells that I can use to judge their spell list on the fly?

Looking at their list myself I see curses, wards, elemental magic, and minor healing spells.

Sounds pretty good, but can you not just plop the pathfinder witch into 3.5 directly?

Some pathfinder spells are nerfed, and the new ones work just as well in 3.5.

To an extent I'm sure I can. However I have so many 3.5 resources (I own nearly every book) so I didn't want to limit the witch to only the spells laid out in the PF material.

It´s Debuff > Buff/Divination > Combat/Healing with a heavy focus on manipulating chances.
