All listed classes gain an initiator level equal to their class level. Each class gains the Maneuvers, Maneuvers Readied, and Stances Known features of one of the three Martial Adept classes, but with the following maneuver progression:

(Parenthetical under Maneuvers Readied indicates maneuvers granted at the beginning of each encounter only for classes that initiate as Crusaders.)

These classes may select maneuvers from two disciplines each.
Samurai initiates as Swordsage, from the Diamond Mind and Iron Heart disciplines.
Battle Dancer initiates as Swordsage, from the Desert Wind and Setting Sun disciplines.
Monk initiates as Swordsage, from the Setting Sun and Tiger Claw disciplines.
Mountebank initiates as Crusader, from the Iron Heart and Shadow Hand disciplines.
Soulknife initiates as Warblade, from the Desert Wind and Diamond Mind disciplines.
Hexblade initiates as Warblade, from the Diamond Mind and Shadow Hand disciplines.
Sohei initiates as Crusader, from the Desert Wind and Stone Dragon disciplines.

(Truenamers should be in this group, but I just can't reconcile giving a maneuver progression to a pure caster, and it wouldn't benefit them much anyway.)

These classes may select maneuvers from one discipline each.
Barbarian initiates as Warblade, from the Tiger Claw discipline.
Fighter initiates as Warblade, and may select any one discipline, chosen at first level.
Ninja initiates as Swordsage, from the Shadow Hand discipline.
Rogue initiates as Warblade, from the Shadow Hand discipline.
Scout initiates as Warblade, from the Desert Wind discipline.
Savant initiates as Warblade, from the Iron Heart discipline.
Paladin initiates as Crusader, from the Devoted Spirit discipline.
Ranger initiates as Crusader, from the Tiger Claw discipline.
Spellthief initiates as Warblade, from the Shadow Hand discipline.
Shadowcaster initiates as Swordsage, from the Shadow Hand discipline. (As a pure caster, this would be same deal as Truenamer, but Shadow Hand just really fits, y'know?)

Using eggynack's community-voted tiers (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?515845-Retiering-the-Classes-Home-Base), not JaronK's original. But that project isn't actually done, so any as-yet untiered classes that turn out to be tier 5 or 4 will need to be added. I'm just outright skipping NPC classes, for reasons.

PEACH, especially wrt the maneuver progression (like, would it be worth the effort to give tier 5 a slightly better progression than tier 4, or is the extra versatility in disciplines enough?) and which schools are assigned to each class (I don't know really enough about ToB to be confident in my choices here) and for that matter which class initiates as what martial adept.
