You are descended from the great king Cecrops, and like him you have a serpent's tail in place of legs.
Prerequisites
Human, must be selected at 1st level, Dex 12.
Benefits
You have a great serpentine tail in place of a human's lower body. You count as a constrictor Serpentfolk (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?529161-Serpentfolk-(low-power-yuan-ti-for-PCs)) for the purpose of feat prerequisites and specifically as a venomous Serpentfolk for the purpose of Unsettling Rattle.
You gain a +1 natural armour bonus.
You lose the boot slot for wearing magic items. Armour you wear must be adapted (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/equipment/armor.htm#armorForUnusualCreatures) for your tail and the base cost of such armour is doubled.
