The psionic power energy ray if using electricity as the energy gives a +2 manifester level for the purpose of overcoming resistance. There are others i think that give bonus manifester levels but can't say for sure if it just applies to just overcoming resistance or not.
Question is, does this increase in manifester level mean that, for example a lvl 4 psion can spend more than 4 power points in that power by augmenting it?
Or is the limit of max of psion actual levels stand?
Just curious as to whether the points gets used first or the power goes off first and then the points get deducted.
