Hello. To Day I am in need of Help Building A ECL 4 Polearm user for
A Fate series inspired PF Game.

I Want to Make use of piercing thunder But I am unsure if I should
Go with Martial fighter variant or go with another class.

I am also unsure on Feats

I want to Dominate in Melee

The Style Fighter Archetype for Spinning Spear style, going with Quarterstaff Master and some other stuff might be a possibility.

What´s that and where its from?

It's a Path of War discipline from PoW Expanded.

Myself, I'm not really sure what he means by Fate series. I'm guessing there's a few IPs scattered across various media that could be referred to that way, though the one that immediately comes to mind for me is the Fate/[insert stuff here] IP of anime and games.
