What initiator/psionic PrCs exist in the magazines?

Greetings, all!

Tome of Battle has the Ruby Knight Vindicator for divine spells and Jade Phoenix Mage for arcane spells and, to my knowledge, no official psionic class. What about in "Dragon" or "Dungeon" or some other official source?

Homebrew and Pathfinder don't count. The GM already disallowed 'em.

Without homebrew/3PP you're pretty stuck. ToB came out late in 3.5's life (being basically the open beta for 4e); I'm not even sure if there's any Dragon content for it at all, much less psionic/initiator stuff.

I would try to win over your GM to the Awakened Blade.

Magazines? Not seen any, but I haven't seen em all.

I've played this PrC, though, and it worked awesome with both PsyWar and Ardent base.
