Way of Storms for Kryx's monk rework- Draft 1

Hello everyone!

My friend and I designed a "Way of Storms" monk tradition which uses Kryx's homebrew monk rework. I sent it to Kryx, but I wanted to put it up here to have it looked at by "the court of public opinion." We took a long time to make sure it was balanced (using Kryx's other elemental monks as a guide), but I am obviously not sure.

I am in no way affiliated with Kryx (what I mean is, if you hate my ideas don't blame Kryx).
