Adamantine Question

If I make an Adamantine Full Plate for an Ogre, does only the cost of the heavy armor, 1500 gp, get doubled and then the Adamantine cost is applied? Or does the 15000 gp cost for adamantine heavy armor get doubled?

It seems pretty clear it should be the latter. Double the valuable material needed, double the cost for that material.
