What are some ways to obtain the Uncanny Dodge class feature? Is there anything besides Barbarian 2 and Rogue 4?

If you have 2 of the Primal line of spells from Dragon Magic you get it for the duration or 24 hours. The Primal line includes Primal Speed, Primal Hunter, Primal Instinct and Primal Senses. If you have all 4 on you, you get improved uncanny dodge with an effective level of your CL for all purposes of the class feature.

Divine Oracle 4 in Complete Divine gets it, along with a version of Evasion that works in any armor. You can take that without losing any spellcasting levels, and you can even get its feat prerequisite from the Frog God's Fane in Complete Scoundrel without having to spend a feat on it.

And have uncanny dodge for a feat.

The Survivor PrC (Savage Species) gets Uncanny Dodge at 1st level, and the equivalent of Improved Uncanny Dodge at 3rd. (A level 1 Commoner qualifies for Survivor, so it's one of the few PrCs you can get into at 2nd level.)
