Definitely a strong domain with the options it grants:

Shapeshifting Domain

Granted Power
You gain the shapechanger (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#shapechangerSubtype) subtype. For a total time per day of 1 round per cleric level you possess, you can gain a +2 bonus to one physical ability score of your choice (you may not have multiple different ability scores boosted at the same time). This effect is supernatural, is activated as a free action, and can operate multiple times per day (up to the total daily limit of rounds).

Shapeshifting Domain Spells
1. Enlarge Person (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/enlargePerson.htm): Humanoid creature doubles in size.
2. Alter Self (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/alterSelf.htm): Assume form of a similar creature.
3. Gaseous Form (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/gaseousForm.htm): Subject becomes insubstantial and can fly slowly.
4. Polymorph (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/polymorph.htm): Gives one willing subject a new form.
5. Righteous Might (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/righteousMight.htm): Your size increases, and you gain combat bonuses.
6. Transformation (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/transformation.htm)M (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spellLists/spellLists.htm#materialComponent): You gain combat bonuses.
7. Statue (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/statue.htm): Subject can become a statue at will.
8. Iron Body (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/ironBody.htm): Your body becomes living iron.
9. Shapechange (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/shapechange.htm)F (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spellLists/spellLists.htm#focusComponent): Transforms you into any creature, and change forms once per round.

Very nice. I feel like the granted power should be "You gain the [Shapechanger] subtype" though -delayed immunity to baleful polymorph/polymorph any object is arguably less powerful than your effect (+1 caster level can really increase your options for shapechange, for example).

It actually sounds like a more reasonable and interesting granted power than the one I've got, but I think adding some sort of minor shapeshifting like +2 to a physical ability score once per day could be good in combination.

Sounds good! Compare also the transmutation specialist powers from Pathfinder.
