Raktavarna
LE Rakshasa
INT: 12 WIS: 13 CHA: 14
Communicates: Psychically with wielder and with Rakshasa master
Senses: Hearing and Darkvision out to 60ft, Detect Magic at will
Raktavarna seeks to learn powerful secrets to relay them back to its Rakshasa masters in the Nine Hells. It will awaken when its wielder uses Raktavarna’s modify memory ability to get away with learning a powerful secret. It will conflict with its wielder when it believes there is a secret to be learned but the wielder does not seem interested. If the wielder succeeds the conflict save (DC14), Raktavarna will not let them access its powers until it learns a new secret.

Raktavara Sleeping (requires attunement)
This ornately jeweled scimitar hums with hidden power.
Raktavarna is a melee finesse weapon that deals 1d8 slashing damage.
Raktavarna has three charges. You can expend one charge when making a melee attack to grant yourself advantage on that attack. Alternatively, you can expend one charge after striking a creature to force them to make a DC14 Wisdom saving throw. The creature immediately forgets any interaction it had with you in the last minute on a failed save. You are also considered invisible to the affected creature until you interact with it again, or until the start of the creature’s next turn.
Raktavarna regains all expended charges every day at dawn.
