If a 4 or more armed character wore multiple sets of Dastana, would the additional AC stack?

No, because they are coming from the same source. You can stack a Dastana with the Chahar-aina and armor, but two Dastanas is like two shields.

No. For one thing, dastana come in pairs, so they'd only have two, not 4. Second, dastana stack with shields and the foundation armor. Not any other armor (including other dastana). They could, however wear a second set to just slap magical properties on.
