I was reading the rules on Portals and I was wondering if I have them right. Correct me if I'm wrong please.
The materials for a One-Way Portal is 50,000GP, if you make a Two-Way Portal your price goes up to 75,000GP. Keying a Portal does not add cost, but say making it a Moving Portal ( http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd%2Fpg%2F20030611a ) would add 25% more cost, bringing it up to 62,500GP for one way and 93,750GP for a two way. But Market price becomes double, to 125,000GP and 187,500GP respectively. After that progress on creation is 1000GP of work a day, meaning you need 125 Days just to go one way or 188 days to make it two way.
