Wild Empathy-At level 1, you gain a special bond with natural and magically enhanced creatures. You gain advantage on all Handle Animal checks.

Meldshaping-At level 1, you also gain access to Meldshaping. Meldshaping is, at its core, about binding spiritual elements to various parts of your body. Each Meld may be Shaped, giving the most basic benefits. How many you can shape is indicated by the Soulmelds column. Then, you may bind a Meld to a chakra. This prevents you from using a magic item in its place, but gives greater benefits. Finally, you may invest Essentia into your Melds, gaining extra bonuses based on how much is invested. You have a pool of Essentia equal to your Totemist levels, and can invest a number of Essentia up to your proficiency bonus into any given Meld. Shaping a single Meld merely takes a bonus action. Investing Essentia into any number of Melds takes an action. Binding Melds, though, requires a short rest.

A list of Soulmelds are given below.

Totem Chakra Bind-At level 2, you gain access to the Totem Chakra Bind. It is a special Chakra, available only to Totemists, that represents a deeper connection to the natural world.

Fighting Style-At level 2, you also gain any one fighting style.

Archetype-At levels 3, 7, 11, 15, and 20 you gain Archetype features. The two archetypes are Furious and Tranquil.

Ability Score Improvements-Usual levels.

Extra Attack-At level 5.

Rebind Chakras-At level 6, you may rebind your chakras once per short rest as an action. At 14th level, you may do this twice per short rest.

Fast Movement-At level 10, you gain a +10' bonus to your speed.

Totem Embodiment-At level 18, you may, once per long rest, open your soul to the natural power of the world. This state is triggered without an action, lasts for one minute, and causes all invested essentia to be worth two points rather than one.

Archetypes

Furious

Reckless Attacks-At level 3, you gain this feature.

Unrelenting Storm-At level 7, you may continue to operate normally while making death saving throws. In addition, you have advantage on death saving throws.

Furious Blows-At level 11, your attacks now deal extra damage equal to your proficiency bonus.

Flames Within-At level 15, you may lash out whenever you are struck. As a reaction upon taking damage, you may move up to your speed and make a single attack against the creature that damaged you.

Primal Rage-At level 20, you can enter a state of pure, unbridled rage as a bonus action. For one minute, you gain advantage on all attack rolls, enemies have disadvantage against all saves inflicted by you, and you deal double damage on everything.

Tranquil

Healing Calm-At level 3, you exude an aura of peace and healing. Allies within 20' who regain HP gain additional HP equal to your proficiency bonus.

Implacable Garden-At level 7, you gain advantage on saves against paralysis.

Zen Blows-At level 11, you are able to bring peace even amongst strife. Whenever you successfully make an attack, you or an ally within 60' gain THP equal to your proficiency bonus.

Inner Peace-At level 15, such is your calm, that you may cast Sanctuary (with Constitution as your casting mod) at-will. This is not treated as a magical ability, and so operates in an AMF or dead magic zones.

True Tranquility-At level 20, you can enter a state of greatest peace as a bonus action. For one minute, you gain advantage on all saves, and all enemies have disadvantage on attacks made against you. In addition, whenever you take damage in this state, treat the dice rolled as if they all rolled a 1.

Acrobat Boots

When shaped, Acrobat Boots give you proficiency in the Acrobatics skill. For each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to all Acrobatics checks.
When bound, you also reduce falling damage by one die per point of invested essentia.

Adamant Pauldrons

When shaped, Adamant Pauldrons grant you an AC equal to 10+your Dexterity Modifier+your Constitution Modifier. For each 2 points of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to this AC.
When bound, you also reduce all damage taken by an amount equal to the essentia invested.

Airstep Sandals

When shaped, Airstep Sandals allow you to fly at a speed of 10'. You must end your flight on a solid surface, or fall. For each point of invested Essentia, the speed increases by 5'.
When bound, you may spend up to three consecutive turns in the air.

Ankheg Breastplate

When shaped, the Ankheg Breastplate gives you an AC of 17. For each two points of Essentia invested, increase the AC by 1.
When bound to the throat, which may only be done at level 11 or higher, you may spit acid as an action. It deals 2d6 points of acid damage, +1d6 per point of invested Essentia. It is fired in a line 5' times the number of Essentia invested long, and damage may be halved with Dexterity save.
When bound to the totem, you gain a bite attack. This attack deals 1d8 piercing damage, plus one point of acid damage per point of invested Essentia.

Basilisk Mask

When shaped, you can see twice as far in conditions of low light. For each point of Essentia invested, increase your Darkvision's range by 30'.
When bound to the brow, you gain advantage on saves against the Blinded condition, and gain a +1 bonus against these saves for each point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the totem, which may only be done at level 11, you gain a Basilisk's petrifying glare. As an action, you can target one foe you can see within 60'. On a failed Constitution save, they are restrained. At the end of their next turn, they must make a second Constitution save. On a success, they are freed, but on a failure, they are turned to stone for one minute.

Beast Tamer Circlet

When shaped, the Beast Tamer Circlet gives you proficiency in Handle Animal checks. For each point of Essentia invested, gain a +1 bonus to all Handle Animal checks.
When bound to the crown, you may speak with animals.

Behir Gorget

When shaped, you gain resistance to electricity damage. In addition, for each point of Essentia invested, you can reduce any forced movement by 5'.
When bound to the throat, which may only be done at level 11 or higher, you may fire lightning as an action. It deals 2d6 points of electricity damage, +1d6 per point of invested Essentia. It is fired in a line 5' times the number of Essentia invested long, and damage may be halved with Dexterity save.
When bound to the totem, you gain a bite attack. This attack deals 1d8 piercing damage, plus one point of electricity damage per point of invested Essentia.

Blink Shirt

When shaped, you may, as an action, cast Dimension Door with a range of 10'. Each point of Essentia invested increases the range of the spell by 10'.
When bound to the heart, you may cast Blink (with a duration of Concentration) as an action. Each point of Essentia invested allows you to modify the d20 roll by 1.
When bound to the totem, which may only be done at level 7 or higher, you may cast Dimension Door by giving up all your movement instead of using your action.

Bloodtalons

When shaped, all your natural weapons gain the Finesse property.
When bound to the hands, you gain two Light claw attacks that each deal 1d6 points of slashing damage. You deal 1 extra point of damage with these claws for each point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the totem, your natural attacks cause bleeding. Whenever you strike with a natural weapon, you deal a bleed die of one step lower than the die size of your weapon. On your opponent's turn, unless they have received magical healing, they suffer extra damage equal to all the bleed dice on them.

Bloodwar Gauntlets

When shaped, you gain a +1 bonus on all melee damage rolls equal to the number of Essentia you have invested.
When bound to the arms, you can unleash the Essentia bound within in an explosive burst as an action. All creatures within 30' must make a Dexterity save, taking 2d6 points of slashing damage per point of invested Essentia on a failed save, or half as much on a successful save.

Bluesteel Bracers

When shaped, you gain advantage on initiative rolls. In addition, for each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to initiative rolls.
When bound to the arms, your allies gain your bonus to initiative rolls as well.

Brass Mane

When shaped, the Brass Mane gives you proficiency in Intimidate checks. For each point of Essentia invested, gain a +1 bonus to all Intimidate checks.
When bound to the throat, which may only be done at level 11 or higher, you may, once per minute, unleash a devastating roar. All enemies within 10' per point of invested Essentia must make a Wisdom save or suffer one level of exhaustion.
When bound to the totem, you gain a bite attack. This attack deals 1d8 piercing damage, plus one point of electricity damage per point of invested Essentia.

Cerulean Sandals

When shaped, you may walk on water. Your land speed also increases by 5' per point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the feet, you also gain the spider climb ability.

Crystal Helm

When shaped, you gain advantage on all mental saves against spell effects. In addition, you gain a bonus to these saves equal to the number of points of Essentia invested.
When bound to the crown, all your melee attacks gain the ability to affect incorporeal creatures.

Disenchanter Mask

When shaped, you may cast Detect Magic at-will. It has a range of 10' per point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the brow, your range of Detect Magic doubles.
When bound to the totem, you gain a lengthy antimagic tongue. (Don't ask, I'm just updating.) It has a reach 5' longer than your normal melee attacks, and deals no damage. On a hit, you may attempt to suppress a single magical item or effect on the target. Make a check, adding your Constitution bonus and proficiency bonus, against 10+the spell level of the effect. On a success, one effect of your choice is suppressed for 10 minutes.

Displacer Mantle

When shaped, you gain proficiency in the Stealth skill. For each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to your Stealth checks.
When bound to your shoulders, which may only be done at level 7 or higher, you become Displaced. All attacks against you have disadvantage, until you are hit by an attack. You are then revealed, until your next turn, where you can take a bonus action to re-Displace yourself.
When bound to your totem, you gain two Light tentacle attacks with a reach 5' longer than your normal reach, that each deal 1d4 bludgeoning damage. For each point of Essentia invested, you gain a +1 bonus to damage rolls with these natural weapons.

Dissolving Spittle

When shaped, you may, as an action, spit a gob of acidic phlegm at a single target within 60'. It deals 1d4 points of acid damage per point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the throat, you also deal the one point of damage per Essentia to all creatures within 5' of your target on a hit, and the same damage to your target only on a miss.

Dread Carapace
Chakra-Arms, Feet, Heart, or Totem
Level-1 (9, 17)
When shaped, the Dread Carapace allows you to take a penalty equal to your proficiency bonus on an attack to deal additional damage equal to twice your proficiency bonus on a hit.
When bound to your arms, you increase the critical threat range of your natural weapons by one per two points of invested Essentia.
When bound to your feet, you may, once per minute, increase your speed by 30' for each point of invested Essentia.
When bound to your heart, which may only be done at level 17 or higher, you gain advantage on all saves against magic.
When bound to your totem, which may only be done at level 9 or higher, you may unleash a frightening roar as a bonus action once per minute. This causes all enemies to be frightened for one round per point of invested Essentia if they fail a Wisdom save.

Frost Helm
Chakra-Crown or Totem
Level-1
When shaped, you gain resistance to cold damage. In addition, you can comfortably survive in cold weather of up to -50 degrees Fahrenheit.
When bound to the crown, you may, as an action, shoot a ray of freezing cold at a single target within 60'. It deals 1d4 points of cold damage per point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the totem, you may, as ac action, attempt to stun a single target within 20' per point of invested Essentia. If they fail a Wisdom saving throw, they are stunned for one round per point of invested Essentia, with a new save each round. Once affected by this, a creature becomes immune to it until they take a long rest.

Girallon Arms
Chakra-Arms or Totem
Level-1 (5)
When shaped, Girallon Arms grant proficiency in Athletics. For each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to Athletics checks.
When bound to the arms, for each time you strike a target in a turn, every subsequent attack deals +1 damage for successful attack.
When bound to the totem, which may only be done at level 5 or higher, you gain four ghostly arms. Each arm can make a claw attack dealing 1d4 slashing damage as an action (these attacks do not add your ability modifier to their damage), as well as being used for normal arm things. For each point of invested essentia, these claws deal +1 damage.

Gorgon Mask
Chakra-Throat or Totem
Level-7
When shaped, you gain advantage on Constitution saves. In addition, you gain a +1 bonus to these saves for each point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the throat, you may, once per minute, breathe a cloud of petrifying gas. This gas is a cone with a length of 10' per Essentia invested, and anyone inside must make a Constitution save or be restrained. At the end of their turn, if they failed the first save, they must make a second one. On a success, the effect ends, but on a failure, they are turned to stone.
When bound to the totem, you may make massive trampling attacks as an action. This requires you to move through an opponent's space (this does not provoke attacks of opportunity), and deals 1d12+Strength modifier damage to any foe who fails a Dexterity save when being trampled. (On a successful save, they take no damage, and must move to one side or the other.)

Great Raptor Mask

When shaped, you gain proficiency in Perception checks. For each point of Essentia invested, you gain +1 to your Perception checks.
When bound to the brow, you can see five times as far in dim light as normal.
When bound to the totem, you gain the Evasion feature.

Heart Of Fire
Chakra-Waist or Totem
Level-1
When shaped, you gain resistance to fire damage.
When bound to your waist, anyone striking you in melee takes 1d3 points of fire damage for each point of invested Essentia.
When bound to your totem, all your unarmed strikes or natural weapons deal an additional one point of fire damage per invested Essentia.

Hunter's Circlet
Chakra-Crown or Totem
Level-1
When shaped, you gain proficiency in Survival checks. For each point of Essentia invested, you gain +1 to your Survival checks.
When bound to your crown, you gain advantage on any checks made to track someone.
When bound to your totem, you automatically detect the presence of anyone with scent within 5' per Essentia invested. You may, as an action, pinpoint the location of anyone you detect in this manner.

Kraken Mantle

When shaped, you gain a swim speed equal to your land speed. This speed increases by 5' per point of invested Essentia.
When bound to the arms, you gain advantage on checks made to grapple someone else.
When bound to the totem, you may breathe underwater.

Kruthik Claws

Level-1
When shaped, you gain proficiency in the Stealth skill. For each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to your Stealth checks.
When bound to the hands, all your natural attacks gain the Finesse property.
When bound to the shoulders, you gain resistance to acid damage.
When bound to your totem, you gain two Light claw attacks that deal 1d6 points of slashing damage each. For each point of invested Essentia, these claws deal an extra point of acid damage.

Lamia Belt

When shaped, you gain proficiency in the Deception skill. For each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to your Deception checks.
When bound to your waist, you gain +10' to your land speed.
When bound to your totem, you gain two Light claw attacks that deal 1d6 points of slashing damage each. For each point of invested Essentia, these claws deal an extra point of damage.

Lammasu Mantle

When shaped, you gain the benefits of a Protection From Good and Evil spell.
When bound to your arms, it also applies to all allies within 10'.
When bound to your shoulders, it also prevents summoned creatures of any kind from approaching within 10' of you unless they succeed on a Charisma save.
When bound to your totem, you may breathe fire as an action, dealing 1d4 points of fire damage per point of invested Essentia in a 15' cone, with a Dexterity save for half.

Landshark Boots

When shaped, you gain the benefits of a Jump spell.
When bound to your feet, which may only be done at level 9 or higher, you gain Tremorsense of 10' per invested Essentia.
When bound to your totem, you gain two Light claw attacks that deal 1d6 points of slashing damage each. For each point of invested Essentia, these claws deal an extra point of damage.

Manticore Belt

When shaped, you gain the benefits of a Jump spell.
When bound to your waist, which may only be done at levels 5 or higher, you gain a fly speed of 10' per point of invested Essentia. This is a very clumsy form of flight, though, and so you may only make a single 90 degree turn per turn.
When bound to your totem, you gain a ranged attack that may attack a single extra time as a bonus action. It has a range of 60'/180', and deals 1d6 piercing damage. For each point of invested essentia, you gain +1 to damage rolls.

Pegasus Cloak

When shaped, you are under the effects of a Feather Fall spell.
When bound to your shoulders, which may only be done at levels 5 or higher, you gain a fly speed of 10' per point of invested Essentia. This is a very clumsy form of flight, though, and so you may only make a single 90 degree turn per turn.

Phase Cloak

When shaped, you gain spider climb.
When bound to your shoulders, which may only be done at level 9 or higher, you may enter the Ethereal plane when you move more than 5'. While Ethereal, you may move through objects and people. However, if you end your movement inside an object, you are immediately shunted out and take 1d6 points of damage for each 5' you moved through objects.
When bound to your totem, you gain a bite attack that deals 1d8 points of piercing damage. For each point of invested Essentia, you deal an additional 1d4 points of poison damage with it.

Phoenix Belt
Chakra-Waist or Totem
Level-1
When shaped, you gain resistance to fire damage. In addition, you can survive comfortably in temperatures of up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
When bound to the waist, you gain healing upon taking fire damage. For each point of fire damage resisted with this Meld, you gain that many turns of Regeneration 1. (For instance, if hit with a Firebolt for 12 damage, you would resist 6 points and gain Regeneration 1 for 6 turns. If you were struck again for 18 points, you would then have 9 turns of Regeneration.)
When bound to the totem, you can, as an action, surround yourself with a ring of fire. This deals 1d4 points of fire damage per point of invested Essentia to all adjacent creatures.

Shadow Mantle
Chakra-Shoulders
Level-1 (5)
When shaped, you gain Darkvision 60'.
When bound to the shoulders, which may only be done at level 5 or higher, you may cast Darkness once per minute. You can see through this Darkness, but not other magical darkness effects.

Shedu Crown
Chakra-Crown or Totem
Level-1
You gain advantage on saves against Charm effects. In addition, for each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus on saves against these effects.
When bound to the crown, you gain telepathy out to 50' per point of invested Essentia. (Note this does NOT give you any special ability to locate creatures-you can contact a creature that is not visible to you if you know where they are, but cannot sense creatures merely by their mind.)
When bound to the totem, you gain a trample attack. Trampling is an action. This requires you to move through an opponent's space (this does not provoke attacks of opportunity), and deals 1d12+Strength modifier damage to any foe who fails a Dexterity save when being trampled. (On a successful save, they take no damage, and must move to one side or the other.)

Sphinx Claws
Chakra-Hands or Totem
Level-1 (11)
When shaped, you gain a +1 bonus on any brute Strength check for two points of invested Essentia.
When bound to your hands, which may only be done at levels 11 or higher, you gain an additional die of damage on every melee attack that hits after moving at least 20' directly towards your target.
When bound to your totem, you gain two Light claws that deal 1d6 points of slashing damage. For each point of invested Essentia, you gain +1 damage to these attacks.

Threefold Mask Of The Chimera
Chakra-Crown, Soul, or Totem
Level-1 (15)
When shaped, you gain proficiency in Investigation. In addition, for each point of invested Essentia, you gain a +1 bonus to Investigation checks.
When bound to your crown, you can borrow movement from your future. As a bonus action, you may Dash, but if you do, you cannot move at all on your next turn.
When bound to your soul, which can only be done at levels 15 or higher, you can borrow actions from your future. As a bonus action, you may gain an additional action, but you cannot do anything at ll on your next turn.
When bound to your totem, you gain a two bites and a gore attack. Each attack deals 1d8 points of damage, and gains a +1 bonus to damage for each point of invested Essentia.



So, not quite all of them, but enough.
