Never play evil characters in campaigns so the tempest domain cleric of Valkur looks interesting.

What sources exist? PHB has two lean comments.

He is in Powers and Pantheons (2E) and Faiths and Pantheons (3E).

Thanks, that was one of the two short blurbs that caught my attention initially. Whetted the appetite for wanting more information.

Thanks for the link. 2nd Edition is when I stopped DMing/playing D&D until recently.

He also had a specialty priest in Warriors and Priests of the Realms from 2E, which gave him a bit of additional fluff. I can't access it right now, but I think that his clerics had a % chance to fail on any spell they cast because he just wasn't paying attention.
