There, this question is worth asking. And...the answer seems really complicated, because Those Guys never printed rules for whatever the hell it was.

Is it reasonable to just say "If the source is logically physical in nature (like Fireball, but not Charm Person), then that's a corporeal spell"?

A corporeal spell, in the context of the incorporeal rules, is one that originates from a corporeal source

"Even when hit by spells or magic weapons, it takes only half damage from a corporeal source (except for channel energy). Although it is not a magical attack, holy water can affect incorporeal undead. Corporeal spells and effects that do not cause damage only have a 50% chance of affecting an incorporeal creature"
Probably a typo, meaning spells from corporeal sources that don't do damage.

Ah OK. If it's a typo then that's probably an easy answer.
