If I was for example a sorcerer who could cast Draconic Polymorph or a creature with a Draconic Polymorph SLA (although I don't think this exists), could I qualify to take Warshaper?

It would not qualify you for the class by RAW, but WOULD trigger the class's features once you qualified. Most reasonable DM's would allow it anyway, as Draconic Polymorph states "as polymorph" and is a higher level spell.
