Note:
-Most of these domains are revisited in the Spell Compendium.
-Holy is 3.0 material described in an article about a 3rd party product, but is specifically called out as OGL. It's obscure, but I like it.
-Mysticism is says no N, LN, or CN deity would have this domain. So I made it available to any deity who was not one of those alignments.

Anybody got any I missed?

(ETA: I changed my mind on the Holy domain. It's called out for all deities, but neutral *characters* wouldn't take it.)

None proper that I'm aware of, but - for the sake of completeness - there is one more semi-official source which includes (http://www.seankreynolds.com/rpgfiles/we/greyhawkdeities.html) Rune, Spell, and Undeath domains.
