You see the top right corner of your post? Where is days Spoilers - Top - End - #1? That #1 is a link to your specific post. Copy that, and you're set.

If you use the quote function, as demonstrated handily above, it also automatically contains a link to the correct post. Finally, if you want to have an in-text link to a specific post but also want all the rest of the posts in the thread to be visible (but it will automatically scroll down to the specific post), you can click the #1 and then click the thread name in the top-right corner of that page, and you'll get the url which links to that post while also showing all the others.

For those of us who use mobile, please don't, as single post links just go to a blank white page.

Please link to a quote instead.

Switch to mobile mode and you will see.

Quote me to see the difference

Here is your post with the rest of the thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?532615-How-do-I-link-to-a-specific-post&p=22268358#post22268358)

And here's your post as a single post (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=22268358&postcount=1).

For most everthing on this Forum they way I've figured out how to do something (videos, links, etc) is to quote someone and see how they did it.
