Quick and easy non-specialist wizard!

Level 2: Flexible Preparation
You add your proficiency bonus to the number of spells you can prepare from your spellbook.

Level 2: Generalist
The gold and time you must spend to copy a spell into your spellbook is reduced by 25%

Level 6: Enhanced Recovery
You add your proficiency bonus to your wizard level when using your Arcane Recovery ability (before halving).

Level 10: Quick Study
As an action you can swap one spell you have prepared with another by quickly consulting your spellbook. You must complete a short or long rest before you can use this ability again.

Level 14:
You can concentrate on two spells simultaneously. Doing so incurs one level of exhaustion when you begin concentrating on the second spell. If you are required to roll to maintain concentration you roll once, and the roll is made at disadvantage. You must complete a long rest before being able to use this ability again.

Having multiple concentration spells active at once, even with a steep penalty, is generally regarded as unacceptable for breaking one of the key balance points of 5th Edition. l also find adding your proficiency bonus to Arcane Recovery and your spells prepared to be OP.

I am aware, which is why there are three limitations attached to it and it is delayed until level 14, just after Simulacrum becomes available coincidentally. Conjuration can also outright ignore concentration rolls from damage with conjuration spells four levels earlier, so there's precedent for messing with it.

For the +prof, its a total of an extra 6 spells available to cast and up to a 3rd level slot back after a short rest. Compared to say Abjuration or Divination, I wouldn't call it OP at all.

I'm hesitant on the capstone-Globe Of Invulnerability+Fly, for instance, is a nasty combo. (Though it's also achievable via birdman.) I'm sure there's other, harder-hitting combos.

But the rest seem fine.

A level of exhaustion plus disadvantage on maintaining concentration seems like an okay balancing act. I'd allow this at my table.

I think it looks good.

Preparing more spells instead of additional specific cantrips may look strong, but we'd have to see, since they don't get extra benefits for these spells.

Small discount in general instead of a large discount in one school is fine. (I'd put it at only 20%)

Enhanced Recovery may look strong because technically it's extra spell slots, but it starts low and only gets you a 3rd spell slot (or 3 1st, or 1 1st and 1 2nd) at higher level.

The capstone to mantain two concentration spells at once I think it's pretty good. It IS a capstone, and we have some very strong ones with all most classes and subclasses, and is limited enough (once a day, once concentration check at disavantage loses both spells) to not make it more game breaking than the others.

Seriously, they should have put effort to make a generalist school like this instead of pushing the Evocation wizard as the "default" in the SRD.
