Good monsters for chase scenes.

I have a player class built really well for chasing things down. One of my IRL players has expressed interest in playing the class and I was hoping to include at least a few chases, but most monsters are way too slow or have chase-breaking powers like teleportation and either way a good chase scene (going either way) wouldn't be possible. Can anybody recommend creatures that are good for chase scenes?

not really a monster, but a monk npc would fit well; with improved movement and acrobatic skills, they can make good chases.

Displacer beasts? Howlers? Dire wolves? I guess canines are more the chaser than the chasee. Maybe you can chase a chase?

You can make any monster faster by giving it the Quick trait, Speed of Thought, and/or Dash.
